Which networks can I use on STYLO devices?
Stylo cellphones are able to connect to most networks, anywhere in the world, unless specified as “NETWORK LOCKED”.
Compatible with all major South African networks – Vodacom, MTN, Cell C and Telkom. Please check with operator to ensure compatibility

Is it easy to set up a new Stylo cellphone?
It’s very easy! Simply turn the Stylo cellphone on and follow the instructions on the screen to complete setup. If you want more information, you will also find a step-by-step setup guide in the user manual included with the cellphone.
How do I update the software on my Stylo cellphone?
Updating your software is as easy as going to Settings > System > Software Update. If a software update is available, your Stylo cellphone will notify you. Simply follow the prompts to download and install the update.
What should I do if my Stylo device encounters a problem?
In the rare event that you experience any issues with your Stylo device, please visit a PEP, PEP Home or PEP Cell store and a friendly store assistant will assist. If you still experience a problem, please contact the PEP customer service team and someone will gladly assist you without delay!
Can I return or exchange a Stylo device?
Yes you can. We offer a 7-day return policy after purchase, should you not be 100% satisfied. Stylo is proud to offer the best return policy in the industry, with an average turn-around time of just 7 working days.

Is it possible to extend the battery life of a Stylo cellphone?
There are a number of things you can do to extend your cellphone’s battery life. Depending on the Stylo model, you can enable Battery Saver mode, reduce screen brightness, turn off unwanted notifications, and close any unused apps. Any of these will help to extend your phone’s battery usage.
How easy is it to transfer data from my old phone to my new Stylo phone?
